Jacqueline Basse, a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is an accomplished editor based in New York City. A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, she boasts over a decade of experience in post-production, having worked with industry giants such as Netflix, HBO, and Bravo.

She completed editing her first feature film, "Friday Afternoon," and has worked on impactful shorts like “Disssent Poem, "Chidera", and "Go Fetch Club." Notable highlights include her role as assistant editor on Spike Lee's "She's Gotta Have It" adaptation for Netflix, and the revitalized series "Gossip Girl" (2021-2022).

Jacqueline (or Jackie for short!) is passionate about amplifying voices within the countless diasporas of the world and continues to seek out projects that resonate with audiences.
